clessidra is ostensibly a Law student at Durham University, but insists that studying is fairly low down her list of priorities. She adores knitting of all descriptions and has an obsession with BBC News Magazine Monitor. When she is not playing Solitaire instead of working, she can usually be found at the theatre drinking cups of lukewarm coffee, shopping with other people’s money or treading on the toes of some poor unfortunate who has rashly agreed to waltz with her. She draws your attention to the glorious stockings she has knitted (below) but refuses point-blank to tell you how long it took to make them.
annadegenhardt is a connoisseur of long words and beautiful poetry, which comes with the territory of All Things Literary Nerd. She insists that the viola is infinitely superior to the violin, and when she is not writing in the most gorgeous looking notebook she can lay her hands on she is continuing a long-standing love-hate relationship with Sylvia Plath, in which they both purse their lips attractively, stare into the middle distance and occasionally glance furtively at each other from the opposite ends of crowded rooms. Pictured, she is dressed as a sea-cucumber, an occasion which she considers a triumph but stresses is not a regular occurrence.
